As the Senior Manager of Connections Planning on EA SPORTS FC you will need to deliver insight-led thinking to craft connections planning that maps a fan's journey across channels and assets. This role requires both inspiration and collaboration, as you will work closely with Brand (Global and Regional), Strategy, Creative and channel experts to brief, connect plans, and bring campaigns to life.

You will report to the Director of Marcom Strategy on the EA SPORTS FC franchise. You are inquisitive, and can see through matrixed plans to find opportunity. You're a natural connector and can make recommendations across global and regional activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Articulate and plan content ecosystems, consumer journeys, and connections plans across our paid, owned, and earned channels
• Partner with Strategy, Brand, Creative and channel experts and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution of the marketing strategy and connections plans.
• Interpret quantitative and qualitative insights from a variety of sources, and implement that thinking into our marketing ecosystems and channel selection
• Write and collaborate on creative briefs to ensure insights are unlocking the best possible creative and campaigns against objectives.
• Liaise closely with Regional Brand and Partnerships teams to help ensure local campaigns are in the channels they should be, with the visibility they deserve.
• Work with Brand Marketing and analytics teams to determine the KPIs that measure our campaigns and help with post-mortem WOL reporting.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience working at a Senior level in a comms planning, connections planning or media strategy role within an advertising agency, media agency, gaming or entertainment industries - comfortable with channel planning frameworks and analytics.
• Solutions focussed approach to help teams adapt ideas and strategies to deliver the best possible campaign outcome.
• A creator in developing consistent and engaging marketing campaigns, with a balance of art & science fuelled by creativity and data.
• Lead, align and inspire cross-functional collaboration and communicate integrated plans to teams from around the world.
• In-depth understanding of integrated marketing, understanding of the role algorithms play, the nuances of consumer behaviour in open/closed networks, and can visualise the consumer journey across channels
• The ability to interpret and decipher quantitative and qualitative data and distil the insights that best unlock creative marketing platforms.
