Corporate accounting's mission is to create shareholder value through integrity, leadership and business partnership. The department's primary responsibility is to prepare and report the worldwide consolidated financial statements to senior management and to shareholders through press releases and earnings calls. Furthermore, responsibilities include: accounting consultation to internal partners, assisting with acquisitions, system improvements and other special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Credit control duties for the portfolio of customers assigned.
• Customer query resolution – working closely with both the Sales and Operations teams.
• Issuing statements, releasing orders and collecting/chasing cash
• Manage cash posting and allocation process
• Customer account reconciliations.
• Manage monthly closing and reporting process
• Credit limit reviews
• Credit assessment of customers
• Work with the credit insurance and credit rating agencies.
• Prepare reports and drive meetings with business partners.
• Raising manual invoices and credits as and when required
• Customer guarantees – ensuring all are up to date and renewed when necessary
• Adherence to existing Service Level Agreements
• Employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be requested.

• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Effective communicator
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Able to work autonomously
• Professional and diligent, persistent and assertive when dealing with internal and external customers
• Well organised and methodical
• Keen to learn and develop skills quickly
• Good eye for detail and keenness to reconcile
• Key customer relationship management

Useful Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in a credit control role
• Ability to read and understand Financial Reports
• Experience of large business and financial systems – ideally Oracle R12
• Sound understanding of a modern Credit Department and the relations involved with the Sales and Operation functions
• A passion for video games is a plus
