EA is looking for a Benefits and Wellbeing Program Lead to join our Global Benefits and Well-being team. This hands-on role will help design and implement benefits programs to improve the employee experience. You will work closely with other benefit team members and partners including vendors, Payroll, Legal, Finance, etc. You will report to the Senior Director of Global Benefits and Wellbeing.

Position Summary
• You will take on re-design projects spanning a diverse range of benefits programs including leaves, health, insurance, retirement, and perks, to evolve our programs or to meet compliance.
• You will assess the effectiveness of the programs and recommend design changes by evaluating and analyzing existing benefit program offerings relative to the marketplace and EA goals, recommending process and program enhancements.
• You will secure budget approvals, and make sure that all programs are compliant, implemented flawlessly and understandable by employees and partners.
• You will provide consultative technical expertise and guidance regarding benefits matters to executives, managers, and People Practices. Communicate policies.
• You will play an important in the benefits work associated with M&A, working to identify program changes that might be necessary to integrate employees of acquired companies into EA
• As a skilled project manager, you will use necessary resources to provide sound and successful results. You will have interpersonal skills, self-awareness, be articulate, have a sense of urgency, and understand priorities.
• You will build partnerships with our benefits broker, carriers, third-party administrators and colleagues.
• You will provide outstanding customer service to our People Experience partners and employees to educate and answer questions on the programs you work with.
• You will identify trends in employee questions and feedback and look for opportunities both to improve the employee experience, and to encourage self service and more efficient processes for resolution.
• You will implement process and program improvements. Troubleshoot system / process issues, identify cause and implement solutions.
• Work with our Shared Services team as we look to build a benefits operations and shared services function

Qualifications
• Expert on all benefits related topics. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of US policies, trends, laws, regulations, system tools, health care industry, current events and best practices.
• Lead strategy discussions and design decisions, exercising expertise in benchmarking of best practices.
• Customer service focus, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Solid capacity to deal with ambiguity and risk taking
• Excellent process design, project management, change management, and consulting skills
• Influence, negotiate and build relationships across the organization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines, keeping all team members aligned and informed of required activities in advance with no surprises
• At a minimum, a Bachelor's level degree in a related field
• 8+ years of benefits experience in a benefits department of a large global organization
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Excel, Word, PowerPoint
