As Workplace Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Workplace Experience Manager, whilst undertaking a wide range of workplace/facilities tasks in an efficient and customer focused manner within the Southam office.

Workplace Experience is focused on services and programs that:
• Directly impact employee effectiveness
• Provide a healthy physical office environment
• Create a consistent physical setting and workplace experience globally while reflecting local culture
• Build community and connectedness among our people
• Directly contribute to fostering EA's values
• Apply best practices in environment design

Responsibilities:
• Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules and SLA's; provide regular feedback to the Workplace Experience manager and maintain supporting planned maintenance documentation.
• Liaising with contractors and service providers to scheduled visits and emergency maintenance repairs.
• Maintain records across a broad range of workplace related topics, ensuring accurate data is accessible to stakeholders at-all-times
• Support the Workplace team in placing all orders, maintaining budgetary control, and receipting completed works on Oracle.
• Assisting the Workplace team expenses and business AMEX and PCard expenditures.
• Maintaining Health & Safety documentation for all Codemasters sites.
• Develop productive relationships with other internal support functions in order to provide a coherent and high-quality service to our people and local leadership
• Maintenance Workplace team training records, skills matrix and arranging specific training needs across Codemasters sites including First Aid, Fire & Health & Safety compliance training
• Responsible for purchasing a broad range of services, office supplies and equipment; maintain appropriate stock levels at-all-times; ensure projected spend remains within forecast
• Management of incoming mail and incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Conducting new employee induction and familiarisation and office travel arrangements.
• Business stationery management
• Answer any incoming calls via the Workplaces office.

Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of a broad range of workplace, support processes; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and to very tight deadlines.
• Ability to work under own initiative with minimal management
• To be discrete and highly confidential when working on and within sensitive tasks
• Organization and planning skills: ensure on-time delivery, rigorous follow up. Prioritise tasks.
• Client service: ensure a high-quality delivery to employees. Ability to balance employee's requests with the company objectives.
• Personal effectiveness: has a 'can do' mentality, self-assured, proactive, open and flexible.
• Communication: able to establish effective relationships at all levels within the Organisation, initiate networks and proactively exchange information.
• Proactive self-starter who needs little direction once training has been provided to initiate activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; actively listens
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to rise to new situations and challenges as we navigate the 'new normal' for workplace operations and hybrid working within an incredibly dynamic industry
• Strong IT literacy with excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite tools and applications, Oracle system experience preferred.
