DreamWorks is seeking a Senior Casting Coordinator for our Feature Animation group. This individual will work
closely with the SVP/Head of Casting on Feature & Studio Casting, including in-house casting of several films per
year. There will also be extensive interdepartmental coordination with Filmmakers, Production Staff and Studio
Executives as well as external Talent Reps to support Active Productions.

Responsibilities:
• Contributing ideas to talent lists for open roles as well as long-term, strategic Studio relationships
• Scheduling Talent for Feature Productions including recording sessions, and collaborating with Post
Production, Marketing, PR and Custom Animation to protect Talent Relations
• Facilitating Day Players, negotiating fees and maintaining rate sheets, preparing deal memos for contract
administration and collecting requisite Start Paperwork for Accounting and Payroll
• Maintaining tracking grids and databases to reflect accurate, thorough and current information for
Departmental and Executive reference

Qualifications/Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years working in Talent Casting or Talent Relations
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics
• Experience in Casting or experience working with Talent
• Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with audio editing software
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines for
efficient and comprehensive solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

The ideal candidate will also have:
• Existing relationships with talent and talent representatives
• Prior Executive support experience
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Theatrical terms and requirements
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
• Enthusiasm for Family Entertainment!
