Responsibilities
Summary: At DreamWorks Animation Television, the Creative Talent Management Coordinator supports and collaborates with the Creative Talent Management team. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the department runs smoothly and efficiently by providing support in a variety of areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Schedule and coordinate meetings
• Update and prepare agendas, support documentation, presentation material for meetings
• Transcribe notes from meetings related to casting
• Maintain various resource management related documents and organize talent information
• Sort and deliver Staffing Profiles and Casting Docs to CTM Team
• Help to develop systems and processes to keep the department organized and efficient
• Schedule transition meetings with Artists and Department Managers
• Coordinate & Follow Thru on Artist Overtime Requests (for artists in a specific department)
• Send official transition emails when applicable
• Keep up to date on what is happening on the floor: artist aspirations, goals, morale
• Have awareness of Department Goals and help drive departments to meet them
• Work with CTM/artists to plan team building activities
• Under the guidance of the Sr Manager of CTM, partner with the DreamLearning Manager to help develop curriculums for new hires and continued education, and to implement artistic development goals.
• Under the guidance of the Sr Manager of CTM, partner with the UR Manager to track which projects get Trainees and Interns. Ensure new artists get mentors assigned
• Prepare and track expense reports
• Answer phones when needed
• Order office supplies

Qualifications/Requirements
• A career interest in Animation Production will make the position more fulfilling
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency
• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
• Extremely trustworthy and capable of handling confidential documents and information
with discretion and tact
• Extensive experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Adobe Photoshop skills
would be a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree
