Who We Need
HANGARFOUR, a creative service agency, seeks an organized Creative Project Manager to join our team. This role sits within the Account Services team and reports to the SVP, Account Services & Agency Planning. You will work closely with the Account Services, Creative, Digital, and other agency teams to manage projects across various accounts, so you must be a collaborator, team-oriented, and passionate.

Job duties include:
• Acting as a key point of contact for our internal teams and clients by managing creative and content projects and deadlines across the agency
• Managing project budgets and client billing to ensure all projects are invoiced accurately and timely, specifically for creative, content, and website projects
• Project management of HangarFour digital deliverables (such as newsletters, digital creative, websites, and influencer campaigns), which includes setting timelines, communicating client feedback, and managing vendor relationships
• Overseeing and coordinating new business proposals and materials that require internal creative
• Crafting scopes of work, agreements, and create budgets and/or estimates
• Writing creative briefs and participating in creative briefings, seeing projects through from production to final delivery of the creative
• Leading in managing project workflow between Design, Video, and Digital teams, as well as working with leadership to ensure process efficiencies.

Skills and experience required:
• Candidates must have a 4-year degree and at least 3-4 years of project management experience in a project management or account services role. Experience managing creative and website projects is a must!
• Experience managing creative and video shoots preferred
• Must have a grasp on industry and technology best practices and trends for content, e-comm, web, and social
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
• Creative, assertive, and solution-oriented when faced with difficult, challenging directives

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience: $100k - $125k.
