Job Description

DMED's Human Resources team is seeking a Workplace Experience (WE) Specialist, based in New York, who will provide support to the Eastern Workplace Experience Team. As a WE Specialist at Disney, you will assist the Regional WE Manager and support programs & initiatives and perform program and office administration, and coordinate vendors to help ensure best-in-class experiences in our workplaces. You will play an integral role in providing service to our employees and identifying opportunities to create efficiencies in our workplace and programs. The right person for this role is service oriented with superb attention to detail, a love of multitasking, and proven ability to see projects through from A-Z.

Responsibilities:
• Have a high level of customer service, pro-actively supporting the needs of employees
• Support Regional WE Manager by overseeing Facilities day-to-day operations, including working closely with internal and external partners
• Engage, negotiate and manage onsite vendors (both reoccurring and preventative maintenance)
• Receive & distribute incoming mail and packages
• Act Manage office & supply inventory including ordering, stocking and budgeting
• Act as ServiceNow and Envoy champion, including managing day-to-day ticket completion, escalating when necessary, reporting, and driving team success in maintaining agreed-upon timelines and standards
• Support Regional WE Manager in seating management, coordinating with partners on updating internal mapping system and resources
• Support Regional WE Manager on buildouts, taking on smaller projects to improve office operations
• Provide other Workplace Experience program administration, including but not limited to …
• data entry, data audits and updates
• create and maintain physical program documentation and materials
• develop office-wide messaging
• maintain predetermined service level office presentation and cleanliness
• budget tracking, expense reports, and purchasing
• Liaison with other regional WE team members internationally
• Liaison with building management in conjunction with Regional WE Manager, acting as POC for day-to-day building maintenance issues
• Support the Regional Workplace Experience manager with administrative duties, budget tracking, expense reports, and purchasing
• Support all onsite and offsite events in coordination with the Regional WE Manager

Basic Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a support or service role in office management
• Undergraduate degree
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with corporate purchasing
• Passion for customer service
• Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Google drive programs: Google Sheets and Docs
• Highly organized and efficient
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Strong initiative
