Hulu's Web team is seeking a Software Engineer with a passion for developing performant, highly available, consumer-facing experiences using modern web technologies. Our team collaborates with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver engaging experiences for our subscribers. Responsibilities:
• Develop software & infrastructure that powers the Hulu.com account management experience
• Collaborate with Product Managers and the UX design team to help scope features, identify technical implementation, and ensure we're building the right thing for our viewers

Basic Qualifications:
• Passion for building sophisticated web applications that are performant, secure, and highly-available
• Proficiency in common languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with web technologies and the browser environment
• Experience with developing and deploying applications on a cloud platform (AWS)
• Experience working with Agile methodologies

Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
