Summary:
The Devices and Distribution (D&D) product organization within Disney Streaming is focused on adding business value via global distribution of our premier brands to consumer devices and B2B2C partner networks.

The D&D charter is to:
• Deliver broad subscriber reach on new and existing consumer devices.
• Accelerate international growth for our services by leveraging global distribution. partnerships and integrated marketing, promotion, and payment opportunities.
• Drive a quality, localized experience for international users.
• Innovate on the user, device, and partner lifecycle to drive incremental discovery, signup, engagement, and retention.
• Influence the evolution of partner platform roadmaps to benefit and support our rich user experiences.

Responsibilities:

As a key function in D&D, the Partner Product Operations team is tasked with managing critical business initiatives in support of Disney Streaming's growth and distribution objectives with Global Device and B2B2C partners. This includes program management of D&D partnership initiatives, implementing procedures and process improvements to help internal teams run efficiently, and providing effective partner communication and reporting across the organization.

As a Senior Product Manager in Partner Operations, you will be integral in supporting D&D leaders and the team at large, as well as driving and contributing to cross-functional initiatives for improved partner operations.
• Develop, maintain, and effectively execute ownership of assigned projects from concept to completion. Projects may be specific to the D&D team or to the greater Disney Streaming partnership organization
• Work closely with cross-functional peer groups to lead or participate in joint partner initiatives and process improvements that contribute to overall corporate goals for scaling and growth
• Build and foster effective working relationships with D&D leadership and key internal stakeholders, including Technical Account Management, Enterprise Program Management, Engineering, Business Operations, Finance and other product management teams
• Maintain a clear understanding of: 1) active and pending partner projects, timelines, and progress; and 2) team KPIs and performance towards goals
• Work closely with Data & Analytics to develop and maintain useful data sources and visualizations for the D&D Team to track progress towards KPIs, including global and regional subscriber and device metrics, as well as individual partner metrics
• Plan and own content creation for: 1) centralized partner reporting compiled for Disney Streaming and DMED leadership; 2) team meetings/events, including agendas, summaries, and action items; and 3) the D&D Wiki site.
• Serve as a team administrator and resource for third-party systems used by the D&D team, such as Jira, Confluence, Airtable, and Clarizen

Requirements:
• 6-8 years work experience or 2-3 years work experience in the product operations field. Prior experience in B2B2C is preferred.
• Prior experience managing complex projects and programs while demonstrating exceptional business judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build alignment among multiple groups and key stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
• Comfortable working with and analyzing data to form insights
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced highly iterative environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize work effectively
• Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects while working independently and proactively with minimal supervision
