Job Description
The Snr. Marketing Manager, Bundle Marketing, will help grow The Disney Bundle subscriber base, a key priority for The Walt Disney Company. The role will collaborate closely with synergy, lifecycle, and on-channel marketing teams to identify, evaluate, and execute key opportunities to build interest and drive conversion. We're looking for a highly collaborative, strategic marketer to help define how we stand out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. This role will not only help drive growth for The Disney Bundle but act as a cohesive glue across TWDC on-channel marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
• Supports subscriber growth of The Disney Bundle team
• Partners closely with on-channel marketing leads to identify opportunities to build interest and grow The Disney Bundle
• Helps drive Bundle marketing strategy and campaign plans across TWDC
• Supports Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu lifecycle teams with customer insights, helping to guide upgrade and engagement opportunities
• Assists in communication of brand / marketing needs for key initiatives across on-channel marketing teams
• Partner closely with additional teams across The Walt Disney Company including marketing strategy, awareness, performance media, and synergy in the creation & development of key brand initiatives
• Manages growing team to support cross-functional Bundle marketing efforts

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of marketing and branding experience
• In-depth understanding and experience in the streaming space
• Extensive experience across multiple marketing channels including lifecycle, digital, and experiential
• Rich experience in foster cross-functional relationships
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely effective communicator, presenter, influencer

Required Education
• College degree required

Preferred Education
• MBA strongly preferred
