Location: NYC (but remote until TBD)

The Customer Acquisition team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization of user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a passion for the digital media landscape and understands the intricacies and unique attributes of every step in the marketing funnel. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel.

The strategy team works on a number of key areas within growth marketing including campaign prioritization, creative messaging, marketing testing, international growth plans, marketing insights and budgets. In this role, you'll support Domestic strategy for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle, participating in cross-functional strategy discussions and providing new customer acquisition insights.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and share out a prioritization framework and calendar for upcoming campaigns for Disney+ and the Disney Bundle
• Partner with analytics and content teams to develop strategic recommendations for how best to market a wide variety of content
• Develop creative briefs for upcoming campaigns, outlining goals and strategy based on past performance
• Analyze performance of campaigns based on key business metrics to develop actionable insights for future initiatives; surface insights and strategies to key stakeholders
• Work with the broader customer acquisition team to develop and prioritize marketing hypotheses for testing
• Develop a toolkit of digital marketing best practices
• Roll up your sleeves to support with any high priority projects across the marketing team that require extra pairs of hands

Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years of work experience with at least 1 year working in a highly analytical environment (management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, digital marketing agency)
• Power user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to turn data into stories. You're able to distill complicated concepts and explain them to senior level executives and team members alike.
• Understanding of statistics and testing methodologies
• Familiarity with direct to consumer or entertainment marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of growth marketing channels - search, display, video, affiliate, influencer and/or social media - a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios
• Proactive, multi-tasker, problem-solver who can be a collaborative team player
• Ability to work across teams and matrixed business units
• A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• BA/BS Required
