DMED Learning & Development (L&D) is looking for an exceptional addition to join our L&D team! The L&D Consultant, will play a key role in delivering training and development opportunities to employees across DMED. The right person for this role is organized, has strong attention to detail, project management capabilities, exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, and is a proactive problem solver. This person will also support aspects of facilitation. If you are a team player dedicated to building relationships, managing processes, and helping set the Learning & Development team up for success, then this is a great role for you.

Responsibilities:
• Build new and improve existing learning & development programs and ensure the programs are scalable, align with DMED's values, and address the learning needs of employees and leaders.
• Facilitate existing and new learning programs for various audiences, such as new hires, team members, and leaders - ~20% travel may be required.
• Work collaboratively to support business partners in assessing learning needs for employees and leaders and determining scalable, relevant solutions to solve for the needs.
• Partner with subject matter experts in the design, production and testing of virtual, online, and in person courses and programs.
• Develop the metrics and the means to assess and track the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.
• Manage and own DMED's onboarding program, budget and process and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure an efficient and seamless process for all parties involved, including new hires (to include executive onboarding, swag, new leader onboarding, etc.)
• Support various learning programs and initiatives as needed (i.e. Performance Management, Emotional Intelligence, etc.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience facilitating in-person and virtual training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in training program design, instructional design, training methodologies, and application of data-driven training metrics
• Strong technical skills especially in leveraging technology to meet learning requirements
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent influence, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts to build and deliver innovative training solutions
• Adaptability, flexibility and passion
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Required Education
• BS/BA degree in education or directly related field
