Internal Communications Coordinator

Job Description

Hulu's Viewer Experience (VX) internal Communications team is seeking an Internal Communications Intake Coordinator who will be an exceptional addition to our VX Internal Communications team. As an Intake Coordinator at DSS, you will partner with teams across VX to ensure their requests for internal communications and resources are met by the internal communications team. You will help us by reaching out to stakeholders to follow up on their requested content and work with the writers to make sure they have all the necessary information to achieve a successful request! The coordinator will also work to schedule roundtables and stakeholder syncs. You will play a key part in supporting all departmental training initiatives, including new market launches, tooling migrations, and streaming events!

Responsibilities:
• Ensure all required and pertinent information is included on the intake request for the Digital Content writers to be able to complete the content.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information or to clarify requests as required for intake
• Manage the backlog of requests ensuring proper resources are identified and coordinated.
• Set collaborator meetings as needed to gain information on requests.
• Coordinate VX Communications intake requests received through our intake form and email alias.

Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to adapt and react positively in an environment of changing technologies, processes, and alternative ways of working.
• Working knowledge of Airtable
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
• An effective communicator and cross-functional team collaborator who is detailed, meticulous, and organized.
• Ability to analyze information and make appropriate connections with resources.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Call Center experience
• Project Management background
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $48,708 to $65,340 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
