SUMMARY
Hulu's Greenhouse creative team is seeking a forward-thinking leader to grow our creative group. As
Original Campaign Creative you will lead 360 creative , including campaign ideation, design concepts, pitch deck creation, full-length trailers, activations, digital out of home, first to market social, featurettes, shoulder content, scripting, promos , sizzles, and episodic content driven by the brand. Hulu is pushing the boundaries of creative storytelling, and you will work closely with the Head of Creative and with cross-functional teams to bring to life compelling stories, and will play a key role in how we continue to redefine TV. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Be a part of a team of craft designers, motion graphics animators, copywriters, and creative producers with a dotted line to project managers and other creative talent.
• Attract and cultivate diverse and exceptional talent
• Ideate and pitch compelling content: From 360 creative campaigns, mini social executions and robust shoulder content, you will be the lead in fostering creative ideation and pitching from the team.
• Create compelling content: Content for series and film, as well as videos and out of the box creative to support the growth of the Hulu brand and our brand partners.
• Establish structure and process that will empower people to produce their best work
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creative ambition and dedication to craft
• Collaborate with leaders to drive innovative ideas that support our growth goals
• Be responsible for a wide range of output from brand and content campaigns to post-production creative services
WHAT TO BRING
• 5+ years experience producing in the entertainment industry
• Experience in hiring and nurturing top talent and managing multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically, to move from high concept to hard-working detail
• Experience in writing, developing and pitching creative concepts.
• Build and execute multi-channel campaigns including both traditional and new innovative channels.
• Experienced short-form content promo and trailer storyteller, with an amazing and award-winning demo reel.
• Experience working on brand/advertising projects.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creative ambition, and dedication to craft.
• Partner with business leaders to drive innovative ideas that support our aggressive growth goals.
• Ensure creative quality, consistency, and cohesiveness across all creative executions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Help lead the
Original's Creative function (conceptual and design) for Hulu's Greenhouse
• Work collaboratively with other creative directors , producers, designers , and editors to create innovative, compelling creative
• Write, develop, pitch, and direct creative concepts for full 360 campaigns including promos, trailers, activations, events, DOOH, OOH, digital marketing, and short form content.
• Lead projects from pre-production through to partnering on post.
• Lead client relations, approvals, and feedback throughout production process
• Deliver projects
on-time and
on-budget while maintaining a high-quality bar
