Job Description
The Global Content Operations (GCO) team is responsible for the end-to-end workstreams of all Content and Marketing assets, ensuring proper delivery and integrity from the creators' hand-off to the ingestion and validation on Disney+, Star and Star+, creating efficiency and seamless workflows across the entire content supply chain.The Title Management team within GCO oversees content and data management related to rights and clearances, first availability windows, title ordering and remediation, content configuration, and delivery ingestion and validation for all Disney+, Star, and Star+ titles, globally. Title Management works with many stakeholders inside and outside of the company to ensure what is intended to be on the service is the best user experience possible.

As a member of the Title Management team, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day activities as it relates to Content Configuration for Originals and Library content expected for both Disney+ and Star+ platforms. You will be highly detail-oriented, have exceptional communication skills and be consistently motivated to solve the challenges that come with ensuring the correct content can be viewed in the sequence and locations intended. You are a self-starter who is comfortable leading high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate, driven, and forward thinking regarding streamlining processes, taking into consideration internal and external team requirements and SLAs.
Responsibilities:
• Implement Disney+ picture version strategy:
• Evaluate research results and select intended picture versions
• Coordinate with Library Technical Services for further research if necessary
• Coordinate with Programming if intent is unclear
• Coordinate with Title Planning if further research leads to title setup changes
• Input intended picture version per territory per language into Belle
• Input intended picture version per territory per language into Sonar/Xavier
• Request new EIDR L2 IDs be created
• Remediate issues that arise with titles related to delivery timelines and content configuration via JIRA or other sources
• Maintain data integrity in GCO asset management system
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-year operations and/or technical solutions experience
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required
• Intermediate data analysis and Excel proficiency
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time
• Previous use of collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, WIKI, JIRA, and Airtable
• Understanding of the digital content supply chain framework, data flow, and distribution methodology (EIDR, licensing/avails, component-based delivery)
• Understanding of video and audio formats, streaming technology
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including executive
• Keen eye for detail and an ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems related to creative and digital deliveries
• Teamwork, especially as an expert at getting things done, all with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong content management background, with experience in digital distribution
• Knowledge of SVOD and OTT publishing procedures
• Personal affinity for the brands and franchises of The Walt Disney Company, plus a broad curiosity for Story.
• Prior experience at a studio, online content provider, or posthouse facility a plus
