At Disney Streaming, we are experiencing explosive growth, reaching 196M total subscriptions across our streaming product portfolio. As we continue acceleration across all our streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+) we are looking for a product leader that enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can meet opportunities and challenges head-on.

We're seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Product Management for Payments to identify new payment solutions and enhance our existing payment options across our streaming services worldwide - Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Star+. In this highly impactful role, you'll be providing leadership to a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and other specialists.

Responsibilities:
• Provide payments domain expertise for features across various organizations and stakeholders
• Deeply understand and socialize the evolving needs of our stakeholders, and how payments experiences can influence our subscribers
• Collaborate and coordinate with business, product leadership, analytics, and insight teams on objectives and business requirements
• Work cross-functionally with members of the product team, legal teams, data & analytics teams, customer service teams, localization teams and more, to identify requirements for new features
• Drive and execute with our engineering partners on the payments product strategy, and help determine the prioritization of upcoming use cases, features, and capabilities
• Experiment with new payment instruments to help drive subscriber growth to Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+, while optimizing our existing payment solutions used by our existing subscriber base
• Develop detailed success measures for payments use cases that stakeholder teams can leverage to drive business decisions
• Be an evangelist for payments, and articulate the benefits of payments to subscribers and contribution to subscriber growth
• Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver

Basic Qualifications:
• You have 4+ years of product management experience with a proven record of successfully launching products or platforms. Product management experience with direct-to-consumer products, subscription services, and international audiences is preferred
• You have the ability to rigorously prioritize while articulating your product roadmap across business teams and geographies
• You have prior experience in a role that has given you significant exposure to payments infrastructure and money movement
• You have an understanding of statistics concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis), and experience with a/b testing on a large scale is a plus
• You have a demonstrated understanding of good UX and copy; You've worked with product designers and copywriters to provide actionable & valuable feedback
• You inspire, motivate, and lead the cross-functional partners (designers, engineers, data scientists, and product marketers) working alongside you
• You communicate exceptionally well - from small group discussions to large-scale presentations, and through strong product memos that help drive alignment across multiple teams

Required Education
• Education in technology or business domains.

Preferred Education
• An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines is a plus, MBA preferred
