Job Description
At Disney Streaming, we are experiencing explosive growth, reaching 196M total subscriptions across our streaming product portfolio. As we continue acceleration across all our streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+) we are looking for a product leader that enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can meet opportunities and challenges head-on.

The Lifecycle Product Team is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of messaging products across all our streaming services and support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data analysts, marketers, and other specialists. The Senior Product Manager will focus on defining the strategy and requirements that will enable marketing and product owners to improve their messaging workflows and user experience as Disney Streaming continues to acquire and retain subscribers globally.

Responsibilities:
• Gather, define, and develop requirements for products within our marketing technology suite
• Effectively support Engineering, Analytics and Marketing throughout sprint cycles by proactively removing roadblocks that may impact on-time delivery
• Manage a product throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Work cross-functionally with members of the product team, legal teams, data & analytics teams, marketing teams, localization teams and more, to identify requirements for new features
• Translate inputs and business needs into detailed product requirement documents and user stories for engineering teams to execute
• Manage product roadmaps that accomplish business goals and align with the team charter and tenets

Basic Qualifications:
• 3 years of product management or equivalent experience with a proven record of successfully launching products or platforms. Product management experience with direct-to-consumer products, marketing products, and international audiences is preferred
• Technical experience with digital analytics, instrumentation, or ad/marketing tech tools
• Understanding of the digital landscape and how to capture and structure user engagement, product performance, and quality of service data for use in downstream analytics or marketing use cases
• Experience with CRM messaging tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Required Education
• Education in technology or business domains.

Preferred Education
• An undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related disciplines is a plus, MBA preferred
