We are seeking an enthusiastic member to join the North America, Editorial & Brand Marketing team.

Editorial & Brand Marketing is a cross-functional team focused on driving engagement and retention for Disney+. The team is creative, results driven, data-informed and thoughtful. Members of the team identify opportunities, build programs and develop optimization loops across the global subscriber lifecycle. Ideal candidates for this position are hungry for knowledge, have a strong curiosity, and operate with integrity. This position will have the opportunity learn how to build Editorial & Brand Marketing campaigns end to end.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day development of all email campaigns for Disney+ to drive increased video engagement and title awareness.
• Maintain project tracker and calendar for the Disney+ email channel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate and execute our email campaigns globally - developing creative, providing all the operations requirements, seeking legal approvals and aligning with other marketing teams.
• Ideate and help develop innovative email marketing campaigns to establish and grow our subscriber base, delivering effective targeted campaigns reaching our defined target segments.
• Communicate wins and learnings across the organization. Message effectively with executives and external partners with quantifiable results of customer marketing campaigns, and return on effort.
• Work closely with other associates and coordinators on the team to coordinate campaigns and ideate on new strategies.

Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, developing multi-channel content strategies.
• Entertainment experience highly recommended.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success collaborating across a large organization and partnering with people who are experts in their fields.
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Track record of creating content marketing and customer campaigns that drive feature adoption and product usage.
• Strong project management and timeline management skills.
• Experience working on Communications and Newsletters would be an asset.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Results-driven and self-starter.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fan of Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, Hulu, NatGeo a plus.
