Job Description
We are looking for a driven, creative, and entrepreneurial candidate with broad Growth and Marketing experience to help grow Disney's DTC (e.g., Disney+) adoption in Canada. This role will report directly to the VP of DTC for Canada and is responsible for Canadian growth strategy and operations. To accomplish this, you will partner with various internal stakeholders in Canada, the US, and worldwide in building the growth strategy and execution associated with our products, programming, and technology platform. In addition, you will work directly with colleagues at Disney to maximize the value of our global assets in the Canadian market and partner with the Canadian Disney DTC leadership team to set the team's agenda and overall strategy in the market.

Responsibilities:
• Help define a Canadian strategy for driving acquisitions through paid and organic marketing initiatives
• Set up new programs to experiment aggressively and prioritize initiatives to scale the number of subscribers on the platform
• Manage and operationalize customer analytics for the company to drive growth decisions for the company, including informing product, strategy, and marketing/brand decisions
• Identify areas of opportunity in our marketing playbook to drive customer funnel conversion, continuously adding and experimenting with new connection points while solidifying proven channels
• Canadian leadership informing US-based leadership of strategic and operational initiatives for paid marketing campaigns, including budgeting, tracking, creative production, landing page optimization, etc.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a growth team across multiple disciplines of Growth and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage multi-million dollar budgets across all marketing channels, including Organic and Paid channels (e.g., Social), Paid Search, Display, App Install Campaigns, SEO, TV, radio, OOH
• Relentlessly work towards maximum customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of related marketing and growth leadership experience
• Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, and LTV
• Experience in managing large consumer marketplaces or consumer digital brands - DTC, fintech, or media is a plus
• Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
• Proficiency with running large performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, performance monitoring
• Ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
• Always operates with integrity
• Has the ability to think strategically and effectively communicate and execute
• A willingness to work outside of the scope to bring alignment and better overall outcomes to the business at large

Required Education
• Undergraduate Degree in business or a related field
