As the FP&A Senior Analyst, you support one of the domains within the CoE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the FP&A processes related to costs management.

Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will develop deep knowledge and competencies to provide business stakeholders with required information to make educated decisions.

Responsibilities
• Supporting the contract negotiations with Music Rights societies including the creation and analysis of business cases, negotiation scenarios, coordination of financial and non-financial data inputs
• Supporting the month end close process from an FP&A perspective with variance analysis focusing on cost P&L
• Preparing and updating monthly forecast submission and loading data into related systems
• Supporting the annual budget process, including the design of templates, calculation and the critical review of planning assumptions
• Supporting settlements process with various societies
• Summarizing key findings to support discussions and decision making with the business
• Developing actionable insights which aim to improve business unit / regional profitability
• Providing insight of financial performance through accurate, timely and relevant reporting
• Performing ad hoc tasks and reporting related to cost management and governance meetings as appropriate
• Maintaining and improving the processes supporting financial planning and analysis activities

Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in Finance function in FP&A department
• Very good English verbal and written communication skills
• CIMA / ACCA / CPA certification or in progress would be preferred
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proven ability to distill complex findings into a 'story' with actionable findings to support commercial decision making
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven record of effectively presenting to both senior internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of media industry dynamics and key metrics impacting revenue would be an asset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan
