Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Sports Marketing Solutions, this role will drive ad-sales effectiveness & grow revenue by refining sales strategy, expanding rep network, implementing trading deals and driving new business prospects.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to…
• Become a leader in best practices for estimating, pricing, and packaging our cross-media inventory, and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the adsales line. The expectation of the role is to set and execute a strategic plan to achieve revenue growth goals.
• Work directly with our regional and local adsales GMs and their clients to provide ROI driving insights and recommendations
• Negotiate and grow relationships with key media agencies, advertisers, and data companies
• Utilize one’s ‘rolodex of relationships’ with partners on both the advertiser and agency sides to support the growing business and grow existing partnerships and forge new partnerships.
• Help the sales team to respond to RFPs and co-present TV product offering as needed.
• Combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for complex campaigns to meet client objectives
• Work with GM’s across all markets to support adsales performance and strategies.
Requirements
• Very strong media and or advertising experience
• Including but not limited to:
• Senior front-line sales experience
• Media trading & investment experience
• Sales strategy & performance experience
• Business development
• International & multi market experience
