The Role

The Senior Director of Employee Experience will support the business by showing the value of P&C and the business through the use of scientifically valid research studies. This role will be primarily responsible for linkage analysis, ROI analysis, competency assessment,
organizational design assessment, and employee engagement analysis among other employee experience studies.

By providing insight on the effectiveness of P&C initiatives this role will shape strategy for the organization. This role will require very strong quantitative statistical expertise, excellent data management competency, and strong knowledge of good research design. It will involve working with data across functions and systems to create connections that drive insight. This role will be part of the larger Employee Experience team and is expected to partner with
other team members to collect data, create metrics, run analyses, and serve our internal customers. This role will also include presenting to senior leaders on study findings.

Responsibilities
• Conduct statistical analyses using talent, organizational and experience data.

• Design people studies with scientifically sound methodology.

• Interpret and report out on study results, statistical coefficients, study methodology, and recommendations for action.

• Organizational analysis, job analysis, competency assessment, and linkage analysis.

• Generate data visualizations that are intuitive, thoughtful, and informative.

• Critical thinker who can contribute to challenging assignments in a fast-paced environment.

• Good decision-making skills and maintains calmness under tight pressure.

• Ability to plan well and prioritize work.

• Conscientious review of data for quality.

• Data structure for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
• PHD or Master's degree from an accredited institution required in Organizational Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Development, or related major field of study

• 8+ years of experience required in business analysis, research design, organizational design, and statistical analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are preferred:
• Experience successfully implementing and executing research studies in a global matrixed organization.

• Experience with Talent Management/Organizational Effectiveness (TM/OE) information technology tools/systems

• Experience managing data systems in a large corporation

• Experience conducting business analysis to drive organizational strategy Knowledge and Skills:

• Quantitative statistical analysis

• Research design and methodology

• Knowledge of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) or similar statistical analysis tools

• Knowledge of Tableau Data Visualization

• Linkage analysis

• Knowledge of survey design and best practices

• Ability to conduct competency-based job analyses

• Consultation skills - ability to work with internal clients and understand their needs Project management skills such as creating plans at the proper level of detail and ensuring progress through completion

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Ability to craft highly practical and realistic solutions

• Ability to perform analysis on large datasets in to understand organizational issues Knowledge of talent assessment, engagement survey, and performance management
