Based in Auckland, this position is responsible for assisting and supporting the sales team, and performing the administrative tasks of the sales process. Whether it's managing the commercial schedules, liaising with clients, assisting with planning schedules, pre and post-analysis, monitoring of campaigns or resolving issues, you are the 'go to person' who can organise it, or sort it out.

There is plenty of interaction with both clients and internal stakeholders so you need to be organised, personable, diplomatic and have strong communication skills. Fixed deadlines are standard so you will be self-motivated and able to prioritise your work and manage well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Providing a high standard of client service including liaising with the agency contacts either via email or over the telephone
• Booking television schedules – working with Media Buyers, Assistants and Planners within agencies to secure available airtime and accurately book clients television activity
• Working through the key laydown period to ensure all bookings are accurately received and actioned
• Amending and cancelling clients television schedules, managing any potential conflict
• Liaising with Inventory Team to resolve availability issues when booking television airtime
• Monitoring client campaigns – placing bonus, and ensuring booked campaigns reach desired targets
• Operating the TV booking system – running a variety of sales reports for both internal and external use
• Assisting the sales team including planning schedules, pre/post campaign analysis, monitoring campaigns
• A high level of accuracy and ability to manage deadlines effectively
• Contribute to a positive 'above the line' culture that embodies the team values and lead by example
• Familiarity with the company health & safety policies and procedures
• Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors or the general public
• Other duties as required

• Ability to prioritise work
• Able to work well under pressure
• Capable of setting up systems to manage workflow and file documentation
• Self-motivated as some tasks are quite repetitive, and the workload can be heavy
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
