Overview

We are looking for a Rights Management Executive (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the programming and licensing investment on the programs to be broadcast for our linear channels and non-linear platforms with a focus on Tele5 fictional content.
• Control of contracts and recording in our local database Content Explorer, as well as in international database systems
• License cost creation for budget control and support of Finance International's amortization processes
• Pro-active cooperation with the software engineers in the further development and optimization of the processes in Content Explorer
• Communicate licensing related information to internal departments in both local and international teams

Qualifications
• Experience in rights management preferably in the film and TV industry and good understanding of the exploitation chain of program rights
• Affinity for working with databases
• Analytical mindset, adaptive self-organization, ability to view processes in a systemic context and communicate clearly
• Reliable, accurate and structured way of working; cooperative, team-oriented approach
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel, Power BI
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
