Revenue Support Lead

The Revenue Support lead will work with the Commercial Scheduling & Pricing Lead to ensure that all Sponsorship, Integration and Commercial client charges are inputted into the system for invoicing.

Responsibilities
• Ensuring all the Integration charges are within the system and accounted for within revenue reporting
• Liaising with the Discovery Revenue and GSB teams
• Assisting with Month End revenue checks
• Ensuring the correct Finance deliverables are within the sales system
• Assisting with account queries from either internal or external stakeholders
• The Employee shall ensure they are familiar with the Employer's policies and procedures, and any modifications to those policies and procedures that may be introduced from time to time.
• Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors, or the general public.
• Other duties as required.
• The Company may, after fair and reasonable consultation, change your duties, from time to time, for commercial reasons but not so as to substantially change the nature of the position.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years administrative experience
• An understanding of all channels across the DINZ portfolio, and the individual requirements of each play out area.
• Experience working in a rapidly changing market environment where technology and innovation are critical to success and growth.
• Analytical skills.
• The ability to interpret complex information and communicate clear recommendations.
• The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business, both written and verbal.
• Self starter who can work collaboratively with other teams
• Statistical accuracy and outstanding attention to detail
• Media experience, experience across TV platforms will be highly valued.
