Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with networks, programming, media, and creative team to drive in platform engagement opportunities including but not limited to in platform promotional concepts and programs.
• Help establish key metrics measuring the impact of efforts, encouraging cross functional teams to bring that vision to life by partnering with product, design, creative, CRM, and media teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for funnel optimization through the customer experience while helping to orchestrate experimentation plans across the engagement funnel.
• Work closely with analytics, research, product, and other cross functional teams, to clearly define target audiences both demographically and psychographically, identifying the key drivers of engagement and churn while illuminating actionable insights from customer data to continually improve product marketing efforts and drive CLV.
• Partner with subscriber growth and analytics/research team, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research and data to inform go-to-market strategies that successfully launch new products/features into the market.
• Help drive a research agenda that equips the product team with data-based customer insights to deliver the right experience.
• Define, document, and share best practices for subscription and loyalty to drive user engagement and retention globally.
• Possess a deep understanding of the product by working closely with the product team to drive the customer narrative.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings across product, analytics, brand, research, regional stakeholders, and customer service teams to establish cross functional knowledge transfer - to align the target segments, value prop, market analysis, and campaigns to drive engagement. You will ensure that every team is working towards the common goal in your area.

Requirements

Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in high growth mode marketing departments.
• Experience working on subscription based products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and able to articulate the essence of the products and their value who is able to craft a compelling narrative across different channels
• Tactical experience and understanding all core marketing channel including landing page optimization, media, email, social.
• Comfortable taking a data-driven approach leveraging strong analytical skills.
• The ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with Tech/Product & Data teams, as well as other departments.
