Discovery operates on a worldwide basis to produce & acquire content from thousands of global partners, schedule hundreds of linear TV & online channels, and distribute content to hundreds of affiliates including cable TV, free-to-air broadcast, and online video providers such as Amazon and iTunes.

The Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Identity and Access Management team. As Product Manager - IAM (Identity and Access Management), this position will be responsible for the planning and execution of initiatives alongside our managed service provider for identity throughout the lifecycle of business processes and provisioning flows. This includes creating and prioritizing product and business requirements, shaping the product vision, and working closely with business and technology teams to ensure application and system stakeholder and end user satisfaction goals are met. He or she will ideate and develop requirements and concepts for product enhancements and solutions in support of business and technology needs. This position provides a wide variety of services to our business users including product management, 3rd party vendor management, business analysis in support of strategic and tactical planning of service features / functionality as well as day to day business operations.

Responsibilities
• Serve as primary contact to the business and manages short and long term IAM initiatives, product strategy and feature / capability set for one or more business solutions in IAM.
• Manages relationships with 3 rd party software vendors and/or managed service providers including: defining statements of work for consulting, analysis & implementation services; managing vendor/service provider deliverables and schedules; managing quality or delivery issues with vendors/service provider; coordinating end user testing and sign-off for vendor/service provider deliverables.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers and the IAM managed service provider to identify and capture accurate requirements needed to help guide and manage the successful deployments in the IAM environments
• Maintains request backlog and prioritized roadmap for IAM product enhancements, integrations and desired capabilities, and provides project management support for software releases and managed service provider deployment releases as necessary.
• Creates, updates and improves the standard operating procedures, documentation artifacts and processes used within the IAM team, IAM managed service provider and teams that support IAM.
• Acts as IAM escalation point on all activities within the team's day to day operations.
• Possesses subject matter expertise and has ''deep'' experience in enterprise IAM (Identity and Access Management), including but not limited to federated SSO (single sign on), MFA (multi-factor authentication) user LCM (Lifecycle management) and provisioning, and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills one-on-one, with small and large groups, and possesses strong analytical, leadership & communication skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, grace under pressure and the ability to manage upwards and across.
• Partners with enterprise, functional architects and actively participates in strategy and future implementation discussions and assessments of available technologies to evolve and modernize the IAM environments with latest technology trends
• Able to work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment, is professional, self-starting, self-organizing.
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 year's experience in the IT industry, with 8+ years of business and/or systems analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent degree/work experience.
• Strong proficiencies in MS Visio (or similar software), PowerPoint, Word, Excel and general design and project management disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands on experience in management and deployment of IAM systems including hands on experience with IAM products and technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, CA Identity Manager, One Identity, Okta, Ping, Centrify, Aveksa
• Should be flexible to work on new technologies within the IAM domain.
• SaaS deployment experience required - detailed knowledge of products such as Okta, GSuite, VPN, Office 365, and SailPoint is beneficial.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
