Responsibilities

Discovery is currently undergoing through a transformation and we are partnering with BPO to outsource PTP and CTC processes from Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role will be based in Warsaw and will be expected to be engaged and lead global projects apart from regional one. This role/ team will be key in driving transformation agenda and road map for GBS vertical in i.e. PTP, CTC & Payroll in partnership with BPO transformation office, Global Process Owner/Lead and Regional Service Delivery lead. This role will also act as a regional SPOC for all transformation agenda for EMEA. The Role is expected to drive regional/global initiatives independently from idea generation to implementation and stabilization while partnering with stakeholders. This role is a critical role as we create a new Transformation vertical in GBS. This is an independent role with no team. This role might have travel and should be flexile to work in extended hours as needed

The ideal candidate must have strong Transition and Transformation experience along with problem solving and analytical skills, Governance, relationship building and communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Work with the BPO Transformation team on driving Transformation road map.
• Lead GBS transformation projects in all the areas of PTP, CTC and Payroll
• Identify, drive and implement processes with potential for automation and optimization
• Act as the single point of contact and escalation for all implementation related activities
• Support Global lead and GBS Management with Strong Project Governance
• Day to Day interaction with BPO and Internal Stakeholder
• Manage the project delivery within time and cost commitments
• Manage interdependency between teams
• Work closely with Regional/Global Process leads to ensure Project are completed on time
• Regular project update to GBS Management
• Act as a PMO for all activities being transitioned to GBS/BPO driven by growth in business.
• Managing multiple priorities and complexity

Qualifications
• Project & Transition management experience in a GBS / SSC/BPO environment is a must with at least 2-3 years in this role and overall, 8-10 years of experience.
• Lean / Six sigma and Project Management experience in global GBS / SSC environment is required.
• Strong experience in leading or being part of Transformation projects in the areas of PTP, CTC, Payroll or other F&A areas.
• Strong communication/soft skills considering the need to communicate with senior leadership with transparency
• Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholder
• Strong Governance experience
• Ability to manage priorities and solve complex issues
• Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and other tools
• Flexible, Agile and always looking to challenge ''Status Quo''
• Fluency in English and Polish
