Manager Finance - Enterprise Tech & Ops

Overview

The Enterprise Tech & Ops Finance team plays a key role in in adding value to Warner Bros. Discovery, with a primary focus on providing day-to-day forecast/budgeting/decision support to the Ent Tech & Ops pillar of the Technology organization. The Finance Manager is an integral member of this team.

The Finance Manager role will be expected to work independently with various partners across the Ent Tech & Ops sub-pillar. The Manager must understand key business drivers and their impact on monthly forecasts and annual budgets. The Manager must provide financial decision support to various leaders as they strive to hit their financial targets.

Responsibilities
• Partner with individual budget owners on all forecast/budget processes.
• Lead financial discussions and assess all financial risks and opportunities.
• Analyze complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance and Tech management to define reporting needs. Manage COE team to provide necessary reports.
• Create and implement business unit policies, procedures, and processes. Socialize changes as needed with other groups and ensure all processes are as efficient as possible.
• Assist with development of Corporate segment capital governance policy. Work with business partners to implement policy.

Qualifications
• 5+ years related experience, with 3+ years of Senior Finance Analyst experience
• Technology experience preferable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred
• MBA a plus
• Strong written and communication skills – ability to ''tell the story'' using financial information
• Hyperion/PeopleSoft/SAP experience highly preferred
• Extremely proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $92,015 -$170,885 salary per year.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
