About the Position:

The Graduate Senior Product Manager position is a newly created program within our Product organization. The ideal candidate will be a Spring/Summer 2022 graduate with a Master's degree or equivalent with a strong interest in Product Management and 3-5 years of previous industry experience.

What You Need to Know About the DTC Graduate Senior Product Manager Program Application Process:

• This is a full-time, salaried role.

Responsibilities

About the projects you may work on:

As a Graduate Senior Product Manager you'll work on the same products and features as the wider PM team (detailed above). We want Graduate Senior Product Managers to deeply understand the functions of product management and product design by giving them an end to end view of the function by providing them hands-on experience learning. PMs will participate in all aspects of product discovery, delivery, and assessing outcomes. We will coach PMs on leading and conducting user research, understanding customer behavior through quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluating opportunities using a series of inputs, frameworks for prioritization, and how to partner effectively with design and engineering to create solutions with a customer first mindset. PMs will learn best practices of GTM planning, as well measuring and assessing outcomes.

• Must be enrolled in a MBA or equivalent Master's degree program with a conferral date no later than June 2022
• 3+ years of relevant professional which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program
• Must have an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), Business, and/or relevant industry experience working within technology teams
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
