FP&A Manager (Compensation & Benefits)

General overview

As the FP&A Manager, you will manage one of the domains within the CoE which offers you a great opportunity to participate in the overall finance transformation roadmap setting standards for the FP&A processes related to Compensation & Benefits.

Your main responsibility is to ensure proactive and timely high-quality forecasting, reporting and analysis of the Personnel costs with focus on headcount monitoring across all the reportable units globally including FTE and contractors. You will be a key person globally for all the personnel related initiatives: system implementations, transformation changes, incentive plan management, process improvements, etc. You will manage a team and you will ensure deep knowledge and competencies are developed within the team to provide business stakeholders with required information to make educated decisions.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for leading, coaching and development of C&B FP&A COE of 5+ employees
• Providing global accurate Personnel forecasting, reporting and analysis to all Finance leaders responsible for regional, market, product, and functional P&L,
• Supporting Finance & HR teams by combining information from both functions,
• Assist in transformation and reorganization activities to better track headcount and financial impact,
• Support HR and technical teams by defining FP&A requirements to the HR reporting and systems,
• Build strong network within FP&A, HR, and accounting teams to deliver smoothly working processes,
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and optimize current processes,
• Provide expertise by highlighting insights on potential savings opportunities in $1.4Bn personnel costs,
• Serve as single point of contact to the global Corporate FP&A team for financial planning and analysis performed by C&B FP&A COE
• Continuous analysis of HR performance metrics with focus on generating actionable insights and improvements focused on accurate reporting and identification of any risks to current plans/forecasts
• Provide consolidated views of global personnel,
• Work closely with other Finance departments to design and implement efficient processes for FP&A and Operational stakeholders,

Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in Finance function preferably in FP&A finance functions

• CIMA / ACCA / MBA certification would be preferred

• Knowledge of key metrics impacting headcount management

• Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail

• Solid understanding of basic FP&A processes – month close, forecasting, budgeting,

• Experience to lead, coach and develop team of minimum 5 employees

• Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven record of effectively presenting to both senior internal and external stakeholders

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, OneStream
