Job Description

Short
• This role is responsible for facilitating the growth of Discovery Digital's audience engagement and retention for D+ on a Regional Level through direct marketing channels (Email, push notification, in-app messages, in-web messages).
• We are looking for a digital media professional who will coordinate the entire project lifecycle and develop and implement direct marketing techniques that engage and contribute in monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.

Responsibilities
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention across a company.
• Manage the selected CRM software defined by the company.
• Build and execute a direct marketing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Suggest new methods to address customer's needs
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Distribution, Comms, Programing and Legal Team) to help achieve their database development goals.
• Manage Customers trends, stats and surveys.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a CRM Strategiest or similar role Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems

Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices on audience acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.

An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude

Manage platforms: Mailchimp, Blueshift, Doppler, Emblue
