Job Description

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Responsible for the design, development and implementation of the technology architecture needed to enable BI and Analytics modeling. Is in charge of ensuring data security, data quality and data availability for business areas, developing technological capabilities that allows teams perform data self-service, based on a robust data governance framework. Should evaluate, test, propose and implement innovative technological solutions based on the new business cases and company strategy, ensuring technological alignment with best practices and Technology team. Support and ensure the E2E of new developments carry out by external parties.
Team Participate in the collection, analysis and communication of audience data and is in charge of providing actionable insights to the different areas. Analyze large complex data sets representing the behavior of users to address strategic and operational business questions. Develop frameworks, dashboards, models, tools, and processes to institutionalize findings. Bring best practice communication and creative discipline. Refine and improve data to deepen understanding of the user, deliver actionable insights. Manage growth and overall health of users' database. Ensure consistency on regional research (NPS, Churn Survey, Usability test, among others)
