Overview
• Test, troubleshoot and help onboard advancements to any system, tool or software resources
• Maintain deep understanding of all systems, tools and resources
• Understand the relationships between all systems and how any changes/advancements will affect each departments' (Sales, Marketing, AdOps, Finance, Research, etc.) processes and well as direct team impacts
Responsibilities
Account Specialist tasks will include (Regional/National):
• Identify which media platforms/products would best advertise a client's brand or product, build media plans given pricing and inventory direction, gather creative assets from advertisers, update ad sales, client and ad agency of campaign's progress, monitor delivery of campaigns, and invoice client/agency
• Provide insights into system usage/process adoption to management
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
• Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes
• Good technical skills and knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel
• Strong communicator with ability to adjust / adapt to situations to maximize results
• Knowledge of industry technologies (Ad serving, Operative, Salesforce)
• Ability to work face-to-face and electronically (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to lead and work with a diverse team
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
Standard office environment. Sedentary work. Travel required (less than 5%)
Educational and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a numerical discipline or equivalent years of analytical experience
