Job Description

Responsibilities
• Digital editorial lead

• Developing and producing content formats for Eurosport Benelux for Linear, Digital, website & social media with the goal to drive traffic to all platforms

• Responsible for the editorial layer on Eurosport.nl website

• Execute the Eurosport.nl social media & engagement strategy

• Supervise editorial freelance planning and content output

• Build and expand the (digital) talent & freelance pool

• Supervise video editor & graphic designer

• Develop benchmarks and goals for each content platform and ensure they are reached

• Take part in all international digital content meetings

• Work close and liaise with international digital colleagues and get the most out of the international Eurosport network.

Requirements
• Passionate about sports

• A team captain

• Experienced with written and video content

• Social media savvy

• Responsible

• Well connected in sports journalism – written and video

• Up to date on all current developments in (sports) content & journalism trends

• Flexible in working hours

• Good at prioritization

Additional required skills:
• Excellent in Dutch & English

• At least basic in Adobe Creative suite
