This opportunity is for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Delivery Manager to act as the beating heart of the UK Digital commercial team. You'll be driven by delivering high quality results, customer service and delivery process, all while being obsessed with the experience of our customers. As the main point of contact for all inventory queries you'll be the source of truth for forecasting and campaign reporting.
As the main point of contact for all premium Campaigns, you will own processes & workflows for end to end campaign management and be an expert at stakeholder management as the link between Sales & Operations
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end delivery process of all premium sold campaigns
• Working closely with Ad-Ops you'll be the source of truth for all inventory forecasting across OTT, Display and YouTube
• Report daily on live campaign delivery and upcoming campaigns
• Offer recommendations for optimising live campaigns to ensure sales are maximising inventory at every opportunity
• Monitor campaigns to ensure client KPIs are being met
• Create specification documents with booking deadlines and delivery requirements
• Act as the gatekeeper for all direct campaign bookings, creative delivery, in-campaign optimisations and post campaign reporting
• Work as the link between Ad Operations and Ad Sales to streamline the sales planning process, create briefing templates and ways of working
• Work closely with in House creative teams where required to ensure asset delivery is on time
• Maintain pricing rules, working closely with the Programmatic team to ensure yield is maintained at all times
• Be the champion of process ensuring high standards and excellent communication at all times
• Have a project management mindset who thrives on results
• Contribute to growth by looking for new and more effective ways to innovate process
• An excellent communicator with a high attention to detail
• A team player obsessing over campaign delivery, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• The point of contact for clients, working with Sales team to ensure timely delivery and reporting of live campaigns
• Be confident acting as the inventory gatekeeper, managing forecasting, asset collection, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time
• Work closely with Sales on presales inventory reporting
• Nurture junior team members
Qualifications
• Strong experience working in a digital or VOD environment with hands on experience with campaign delivery, Ad Operations or Sales planning
• Self motivated, goal orientated working in a fast paced matrix environment
• Consultative attitude, comfortable communicating effectively with both internal and external teams
• Experience building and implementing process
• Can - do attitude to troubleshooting issues
• Experience working with Ad Servers such as Freewheel & Google Ad Manager
• Experience managing video or Display assets with an understanding of creative and measurement Tag implementation
• Experience working with SalesForce and CloudSense desirable
• Strong organizational skills with a passion for documentation and process
