Overview

The Branded Content Strategist will lead the development and implementation of cross-platform content and communication efforts for all sold campaigns. After a program is sold to an advertiser, the Branded Content Strategist will be the primary driver and facilitator of the deal liaising with individuals and teams within the Sales organization (sales, account management, social, production, product, pr, etc.).

The main goal of the role is to manage content and communications through the campaign lifecycle, this includes creating content across various channels and communications that inspire our member base to be active and quality individual contributors to the campaigns they are invited to participate in.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Executing custom multi-touchpoint campaigns
• Driving program implementation with integrated teams consisting of internal stakeholders (account management, operations, social, sales, etc.) and clients/brand partners.
• Owning the process from kick-off of sold campaigns through launch and wrap up, which includes having a comprehensive understanding of client s campaign objectives, leading daily communications, asking critical business questions,effectively managing assigned branded content program budgets, timelines, and talent agreements, creating and scheduling content,determining opportunities for optimization to meet objectives and KPIs, and incorporating key learnings and best practices in partnership with internal teams.
• Oversee, create, and schedule custom content and campaign communications.
• Assist video team in concepting and producing sponsored videos,
• Maintaining accurate status in project management platforms for Branded Content, team members, and leadership.
• Delivering daily with a client-focused attitude and a confident, enthusiastic, diplomatic approach providing valuable solutions for brand clients..

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• 6-10 years of writing and content creation experience at a media company, creative/media agency or brand.
• Strong digital/social background and project management skills are essential.
• Passionate about brand storytelling, content & industry trends and innovations in branded content space.
• An innate understanding tactics and strategies that successfully engage online audiences
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive collaborator and problem-solver with demonstrated ability to oversee a project from concept to completion.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and be resourceful while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Accountability, hard worker with the commitment to perform tasks on deadline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in multimedia production, experiential, and/or managing budgets is a plus.
• Passionate about brand storytelling and innovations
