OverviewThe Ad Sales Planning Coordinator will support the Ad Sales Manager with client management
Responsibilities
• Manage the sales reps and sales manager requests with planning area
• Act as liason between sales reps and commercial operational departament
• Verify all payment negotiations (installment and antecipates ones)
• Control the balance of the sales packs already used
• Provide sales negotiation letters
• Assist in sales proposal developments
• General support to the sales reps
• Consolidate the weekly sales forecast
• Provide material (research data, planning info, channels, programming, etc) for the sales reps.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration
• English Advanced
• Excel Advanced
• Competences: Analytical, excellent communication skills
• Solid experience in sales admin
