Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our expanding People team in EMEA. You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, can self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role would suit an individual who is highly organised with a strong ability to manage tasks of varying priorities to strict deadlines. If you are an experienced recruiter with excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to diplomatically interact with colleagues at all levels, looking for an autonomous role that you can make your own, this could be the role for you. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator should be able to work autonomously, be proactive and enjoy a busy environment in which you can make a real difference and contribute to the overall People and Culture agenda.

Responsibilities
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead with recruiting multiple vacancies across Deluxe EMEA
• Monitor approvals tracker ensuring vacancies have the appropriate level of authorisation before adverting
• Liaising with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs ensuring job descriptions are up to date and in a consistent format
• Generating and uploading job adverts which actively promote Deluxe, managing applications on Workday and other job posting boards
• Screening candidates and arranging interviews, keeping recruiting managers up to date
• Maintain agency agreements and liaise with nominated agencies on urgent roles
• Escalate any issues which are causing a delay to both the TA Lead and relevant HRBP to agree appropriate action
• Build talent pools through sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.)
• Provide outstanding candidate experience during the interview process by applying stay-in-touch strategy and timely communication
• Collating right to work documentation
• Track employee referral payments
• Build relationships and partnerships with internal customers (hiring managers, admins, IT, facilities, payroll, marketing).
• Work alongside the HR Administrators on new hire on-boarding experience including first day set up and Induction processes

This is a client facing role and you need to feel comfortable and confident in your ability to build excellent relationships with a diverse range of key stakeholders and candidates. Having excellent organisational skills, communication skills and the highest level of professionalism are key to this opportunity. Working within Internal Recruitment means you will likely be the first point of contact for every person looking at a career in Deluxe EMEA, so creating that vital positive 1st impression will be crucial

Essential requirements
• Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to independently manage a recruitment process from start to finish
• Be an excellent communicator
• Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important tasks
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with complete integrity and professionalism, while always maintaining confidentiality

What You Bring
• Proven experience in similar role
• Experience with Workday (or similar HR systems)
• strong communication skills (both spoken and written) is a must
• Computer literate includes MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other commonly used apps and software
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good Organisational skills, accuracy and time management
• Must adapt quickly to changing processes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive and exhibit good follow up and follow through
• Excellent people and teamwork skills, communicative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment
• A proactive self-starter with a can do attitude, who can hit the ground running, and confidently challenge and offer improvements where required.
• Strong awareness and understanding of handling and managing confidential information and will portray a positive employee and candidate experience as the ambassador for the business.
