Position Title

Project Manager, Creative

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, Creative, you will execute or oversee project coordination with the primary focus of maintaining and improving the efficiency, clarity, and speed of Creative projects. You will accomplish this by collaborating with the Creative Manager, Client Services, Scripting, and Dubbing Coordinators, leveraging technology, developing your process understanding, and building relationships with key stakeholders throughout Deluxe's global team, including: Client Services, Scripting, Subtitling, and IT.

Main Duties
• Coordination work as assigned by the Creative Manager. Involving:
• Work receipt
• Establishing, communicating, and revising timelines to internal and external stakeholders
• Scheduling work with production team
• Tracking assignment, completion, and delivery
• Utilizing and developing robust metrics to represent the state and consistency of the above process
• Primary point of escalation for the above tasks
• Maintain and curate volume and production timeline information, as directed by the Creative Manager.
• Address scheduling demands through the targeted use of a distributed workforce, leveraging freelancers, vendors, global creative teams, and technology solutions.
• With assistance from the Creative Manager, coordinate, templatize, and operationalize plans to improve upon your respective products and workflows and ensure consistent execution across the entire global coordination team.
• Assist with production-related Sfera development scoping, documentation, and testing, related to project coordination, as directed by the Creative Manager.
• Assist with coordination-related training, as directed by the Creative Manager.

Additional Responsibilities
• Respond to Client Services, key stakeholder, or direct customer escalations.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement, including opportunities to optimize workflows and resolve coordination or customer issues.
• Plan, organize and/or execute a variety of simultaneous, complex, and large scale creative coordination projects.
• Assist Creative Manager and Operations Manager as the key subject matter expert for assigned coordination work.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Creative Manager.

What You Bring
• BA/BS Degree in Communication, Production or Post Production Studies or applicable equivalent experience
• 1-2 years experience in managing complex projects
• 1 years of localization experience
• Experience with delegation and light supervision
• Experience working with large globally distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Exceptional communication skills across all levels (verbal, written)
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize effectively
• Preferably have an attraction to applying critical thinking to difficult problems
• Preferably have the ability to present and explain complex ideas in a way that produces understanding and engagement
