Main Duties:

The exciting new role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our offices throughout East and South-East Asia.

Based in our Korean office, and reporting to the Senior Manager, HR – APAC, who is based in Australia, you will provide outstanding administrative support to the Managers in Region as well as support the growth. You will have the opportunity to develop your HR skills, while using your outstanding organizational skills to ensure the team are able to deliver exceptionally high customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the managers within the region; including setting up meetings, organizing the office space
• Ensure the offices across the region have required office consumables – stationery, kitchen supplies etc
• Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and any required tests for candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for employees, including contract preparation, sending out IT and technology requirements, conduct orientation sessions.
• Provide initial HR advice to employees and escalate where required
• Lead offboarding processes including updating systems, organizing return of equipment etc.
• Involved in global HR projects.
• Identify and handle any health & safety requirements
• Prepare and update required Policies and Procedures across the region
• All other duties as required, from time to time.

What you bring:
• Qualifications in Business and/or Human Resources will be highly regarded
• Previous office support experience
• 1-3 years HR experience with an understanding of HR employment law within Korea, and any other East or Southeast Asian countries will be advantageous
• Bilingual in Korean and English – and able to confidently communicate, verbally and in writing, in both languages
• Outstanding technical skills, including Workday, Microsoft suite particularly Excel
• Strong relationship building skills
• Confident team player
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to interact with employees globally
• Integrity
