Position Title
DCP Coordinator
Deluxe Media Inc./Canada Cinema Distribution Inc (CCDI) is Canada's preferred and trusted partner to major studios and theatre owners of getting their films to the screen. We are currently looking for an DCP Coordinator for our warehouse located in Montreal.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the main role of the DCP Coordinator is to provide operational support to the manager as well as the digital cinema department team. He will work in close collaboration with the various stakeholders so that internal and external requests are well taken care of.
Main Duties
• Manage day to day business transactions for a portfolio of clients requiring order, inventory and distribution management.
• Coordinate with an interdepartmental team as well as studio clients, Digital account managers and exhibition customers.
• Receive orders from a variety of sources and verify information is correct prior to shipment
• Manage bookings & orders using our internal system, Kraken, report issues as they arise to ensure timely solutions that benefit both the company and the clients.
• Use online shipping tools for various transport companies to ship orders.
• Shrink wrap products on pallets.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.
What You Bring
• Bilingualism (oral and written)
• Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized and possess keen Attention to Detail.
• Ability to Lift Heavy Objects
• Ability to Stay on Feet for Long Periods of Time.
• Positive Attitude, and Self-Motivated.
• Ability to Work in a Fast Paced and Busy Environment
• Customer service experience
• Ability to Work Well on a Team but Be Self-Motivated and Independent at Times
