Position Overview

Audio Leads are ground-level audio production support. They help to lead audio projects and workflows, evaluate any rejections or issues that arise throughout the day, as well as provide training and technical support to our audio production staff. This opening is for our Night/Weekend Lead. The Monday thru Friday shift is 3pm to Midnight and weekend shift is still being finalized. Flexible work week options are possible (5 8 hour shifts, 4 10 hour shifts).

Primary Responsibilities
• Provide immediate responses to daily audio production issues, including rejections and technical issues relating to various audio workflows.
• Support the Audio Production Manager and Technical Supervisor as needed to ensure workflows are being executed correctly.
• Provide training and support to new hire employees working in audio.
• Update and maintain specs, both internal and external, as needed.
• Assist Client Services team with technical audio workflows/work instructions as needed.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of audio servicing (editing/QC/compression/conform) experience.
• Must have prior localization audio experience
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and lead effectively (listen, influence, develop, motivate, and lead others).
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of analog and digital audio post-production processes and equipment.
• Must possess advanced knowledge and experience with the latest version of Avid Pro Tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
