Position Title

Account Manager

Position Summary

As the Scripting Account Manager, you will coordinate the Scripting work for your assigned client(s), and re-establish and maintain a workflow between Scripting and other teams at Deluxe that interact with the same products and materials. You will be the primary point of contact between our internal team and the client(s) you are assigned.

Main Duties
• Maintain and improve the workflow and communication with other teams at Deluxe for your assigned client(s), facilitating collaboration on shared projects.
• Maintain and improve current client relationships.
• Receive, coordinate, track, and deliver client scripting orders.
• Manage production setup and workflows from cloud-based production platform.
• Maintain all billing for your respective projects.
• Provide direct oversight and guidance to account coordinators covering your client(s).
• Serve as scripting client services SME for client and Deluxe meetings.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Scripting Manager, Project Coordination.

What You Bring
• BA/BS Degree in Communication, Production or Post Production Studies or applicable equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in coordinating complex projects and workflows
• 2+ years experience working under NDA or with demonstrable tenure in the localization industry
• Experience working with large globally distributed teams
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• General comfort with a variety of software applications
• Excellent communication skills across all levels (verbal, written)
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment

Preferred:
• 1-2 years of scripting experience
• Prior experience in localization as a dubbing or subtitling coordinator
• Understanding of the television and theatrical post-production process
