Account Coordinator

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator (AC) is responsible for coordinating orders and projects requested by Deluxe's customers. They will be responsible for all aspects of job coordination, including client communication, job entry, cross-functional department communication, project tracking, order delivery, and billing. They will create loyal customers by providing exceptional customer services. The AC will have a desire to build technical proficiency in digital media so they can effectively partner with customers, team members and operations to achieve the customer's defined mastering and servicing goals.

Main Duties
• Manage orders via Deluxe's proprietary systems through the production pipeline to delivery. Inclusive of coordinating the acquisition of source materials from relevant internal/external parties.
• Liase between the customer and internal teams to ensure project requirements are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Provide day-to-day support to customers with a laser focus on delivering excellent service and satisfaction.
• Follow up on orders and projects after each step to ensure customers are notified in a timely manner of any problems and changes in schedule.
• Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor for content partners and customer stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture an understanding of the mastering and/or fulfillment workflow being worked on.
• Maintain order/project status reports with the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Support the Manager in ensuring internal stakeholder alignment on the needs of the customer.
• Exercise impeccable judgment and ownership by knowing when to escalate customer requirements or project blockers to the project team, Managers and Senior Management.
• Participate in order remediation and root cause analysis for issues that arise across Client Services and internal teams.
• Understand rate cards and services to ensure proper application of rates to orders.
• Secure purchase orders from the customer and follow all necessary processes to bill for services rendered.
• Support the Manager in optimizing customer project health.

What You Bring
• BA degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (not required) or equivalent work experience
• Positive, service-oriented personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen and engage different cultures and perspectives.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Highly organized and able to work independently within own process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn and process information quickly is a plus.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Must be flexible to work extended hours and/or weekends to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to travel as needed by the business.
