The Job

WarnerMedia is actively recruiting for an Agency Account Manager to build and maintain agency relationships for the CNN+ brand.

The Daily
• Responsible for building and maintaining all relationships and general communications between agencies and CNN Creative Marketing
• Research new potential partners based on relevant expertise and diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
• Recommend agency assignments based on appropriate project budgets and scope
• Proactively engage creative teams and agencies to secure enough time to fully develop, execute and deliver all projects
• Act as the initial liaison between agencies and CNN Creative Marketing for 360 campaigns, social, digital, key art, AV and press needs
• Coordinate project kick-offs by scheduling calls/meetings and distributing all applicable onboarding information including: creative briefs, links, CNN fonts, logos, clear project deliverables, timelines, delivery methods, payment terms, and all other brand guidelines
• Review and negotiate bids/deal memos and structure scope of work or master service agreements
• Collaborate with Business Administration to set-up vendors in accounting systems and process all payments
• Work closely with Writer/Producer and Marketing Assistants to ensure projects are on time and on budget, reviewing and approving overages when necessary
• Wrap out projects by collecting project credits, media-managed hard drive(s) with project files for Resource Manager(s) and submitting completed work to Promax Hotspots if applicable
• Provide Finance with monthly forecast estimates for upcoming agency expenses
• Host recap meetings after campaign launches to review creative and logistics
• Complete agency assessment surveys as needed
• Maintain current trackers including: programming grids and calendars, campaign budgets, agency lists, and project-specific bases in Airtable
• Submit requests to VP or above for any usage outside of CNN's publicity policy on agency's behalf.
• Manage all Promax awards submissions for CNN Worldwide networks and platforms
• Manage Emmy awards submissions for the department

The Essentials
• 5+ years experience at an entertainment marketing agency
• Working knowledge of 360 campaigns with specific expertise in AV, social, digital, key art and/or OOH
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to easily manage several projects at the same time
