Responsibilities
The Partner Success Coordinator is a critical member of the CNBC Events sales and marketing team. This team is responsible for all sponsorship efforts within the growing CNBC events portfolio, which currently includes 30+ virtual events in 2021.

This is an exciting, newly created position that involves significant client contact and project management duties, with the Coordinator serving as a primary point of contact for a portion of event sponsors post-sale and overseeing their integration into CNBC Events.

This position is currently virtual, with home-base in Englewood Cliffs, NJ when CNBC is called back to the office. Reports to Partner Success Manager.

What you'll do:
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned event sponsors post-sale, directly managing all aspects of their sponsored event integration from kick-off through debrief and troubleshooting as necessary:
• Lead client kick-offs and regular planning calls
• Create sponsor timelines and project manage all details of event sponsorship, working in close coordination with sales, marketing, production, editorial, and audience development
• Creatively solve for client KPIs and goals within prescribed sponsor benefits package, in coordination with key stakeholders across events team
• Attend managed events to ensure smooth execution of sponsorship elements
• Participate in event planning meetings to represent commercial side and advocate for sponsors
• Support marketing team with information gathering for post-event recap documents
• Attend relevant client meetings to support with sponsorship renewals

Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll bring:
One year minimum of related experience, in account management, integrated marketing, ad sales, or events
• Must have experience working with senior-level clients
