Responsibilities
CNBC's Strategic Content team is looking for an experienced news producer to support expanding programming for CNBC Councils, which includes the CNBC CFO Council, CNBC Technology Executive Council and CNBC Workforce Executive Council.

The Editorial Producer will develop and produce live virtual and in-person event sessions for C-Suite executives leveraging the power of CNBC's brand, booking power and deep bench of editorial expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the development of programming for the council slate of events, which includes virtual town halls, salon-style dinners, and the annual in-person summits
• Brainstorm and book special guest speakers for these events
• Produce event segments from end-to-end
• Grow relationships with council members, finding TV and non-council event speaking opportunities for them within CNBC as appropriate and in keeping with CNBC's rigorous editorial standards
• Pitch newsworthy Councils content to CNBC TV and Digital for coverage
• Partner with teammates to create new TV, digital and audio programming by or for council members

Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience producing television news or live conferences and events
• At least some experience covering key business news verticals including finance, technology, economics, future of work, ESG, or labor
• Exceptional journalistic instincts
• Existing rolodex of relevant relationships in business, government and academia
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure environment managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Additional Requirements:
