Responsibilities
Your role on the CNBC Program Strategy team will be integral in the successful implementation of CNBC's schedules across multiple platforms. Working side by side with the Program Strategy team, you will help to create short term program schedules that deliver on programming goals and meet ratings targets. You will also be in close communication with various teams throughout the organization providing key scheduling information at every stage of the process from episode delivery to air.

What you'll do:
• Create and distribute CNBC's program schedules for CNBC's linear channel, Sirius XM channel and CNBC's Canadian and Caribbean feeds.
• Set up/manage all metadata pertaining to CNBC original and acquired series in the internal scheduling system. This includes material ID numbers, titles, descriptions, windowing, platform restrictions and graphics requirements for all episodes.
• Work closely with the Global Media Operations group, CNBC Business Day producers, Sports, PR and Ad Sales teams to manage CNBC's program schedules, communicate any revisions and field questions.
• Liaison to NBC's TV Distribution, Digital Distribution and International teams to gather and deliver show assets for various platforms.
• Provide support to Manager, Program Strategy in setting up programs and entering episodic metadata for full episode distribution to all CNBC TVE and VOD platforms and Peacock.
• Monitor TVE/VOD platforms to ensure full episodes have been published successfully and troubleshoot any delays.
• Order closed captioning for live programming on a weekly basis, and reconcile billing quarterly.
• Work on industry competitive projects to inform on competitive threats to CNBC programming, landscape trends and emerging platforms.
• Maintain and update various scheduling documents used by the Program Strategy team.
• Become fully proficient in all CNBC internal scheduling systems including Compass, GTM, Translator and MPX.

Qualifications/Requirements
What you'll bring:
• At least one year experience in a network and/or video media environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Abitlity to be available off-hours to manage any changes to live programming.
• Passion for the television industry and knowledge of the evolving landscape.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
